'02 How do you remove the rear bumper cover?
My wife put a dent right above the backup sensor on the driver's side under the tail light. I could probably push it out if I can get to it. How do i loosen/ remove the cover to get to it?
TIA |

Re: '02 How do you remove the rear bumper cover?
There are 6 screws across the top of the cover, near where the lift gate closes. 2 screws inside each wheel well. 4 plastic clips under the cover that pop out. There is a slot molded on the inside of the cover on each side, near the tail lights. Make sure you are aligned with the bracket that fits into the slot.

Re: '02 How do you remove the rear bumper cover?
this happened to our van as well. Once the bumper is off, take a heat gun (not a hair dryer - too cool) and heat the inside of the bumper until it goes a bit shiny. Takes a minute or 2. Using a wood, rounded object gently push the bump out. Keep working it until it looks as previous to damage. It's a pretty easy fix. Just don't get it too hot.
