Code P1640-- P1670 QDM 1

Thought problem was solved when I changed air cond. compressor and reset trouble codes.After searching old threads everything pointed to TCC solenoid. Went to where tranny was rebuilt, and the guy (with no charge) put a scan tool on car (1994 Transport 3.8) and said it was definately an electrical prob. Drove car for about 5 miles, shut down and it was dead. After it sat for about a half hour I got it started but charging sysyem was not working. Batt. new Alt new Starter 1 yr old. Drove home and when parked would not start again, seemed like low battery but when I checked condition of battery it was in good shape. Problem started (I think with ac cond. bearing being frozen)
