96 cav 2.2 W/ac cooling fan problem
Engine cooling fan is not turning on. I replaced the fan motor, coolant temperature sensor, and relay switch. Other than electrical wiring what else could be the problem? Appreciate some help.

Blown fuse or bad ground. Also, the PCM may not be commanding it on.
