Angry ok i give up!!!!!

i have a 2001 impala that will not start at times. i have read that so many problems with the passlock system. that have the same no start problem i have.
i have been stranded for the last time is there anyone out there that can tell me how to put a resistor in my car to be able to by pass the passlock system. so tired of getting a run around from the dealer and nothing from my mechanic! FINE I WILL DO THE DAMM THING MY SELF!!!!!. i am picking up and running grade school kids and when i get stuck causes to many problems. so if there is someone out there who can tell me how to do this i am going to try to do this myself. i am sure if i had the steps to do this i could or at least try. the damm thing only starts when it wants to now anyway.

This link is for the Alero, but the Impala uses the same Passlock system, so the wiring should be very similar. It's not as hard as it sounds.

Here is a link showing how to get the dash off: http://impalahq.naioa.com/ Go to "Want to remove your instrument panel trim plate?"
