170 km/h

my car tops out doing 170kms/h when she hits govender and i knows it well do alot more because it gets the quick and soon as it hits it.she well start kicking back like its being holded back. a question.. is there a way i can take it off or set it farther down so it do more wiith out screwing anything up?

There sure is. But you're obviously not running that on a track, so you have no business doing it. There's also a "sticky" in the performance forum (where this belongs) that says pretty much what i just did, and I believe it also says not to ask. If you ask again/push for the info, I'd bet money this thread will be locked.

You don't need to be going that fast in a stock j-body, nor have the legal right to on the streets.
