New Guy with a Civic

I am a big dodge fan and love to play in the mud and go fourwheeling so this is all new to me, but i now have a 03 honda civic 2 dr hatchback si vtec. I know alot about trucks and most cars, but i am wanting to put some upgrades on this little car. Like rims turbo and stuff like that. It already has an intake i believe pretty fast car im just needing some advice on stuff to put on it that is not to expensive. I know that the turbo would not be cheap but maye like a superchip or somthing (if they make them)would do well??? please help out the new guy...ha
