The truck hauling Dirty Bird back to Virginia has had some serious mechanical problems. The car won't be back in time for Super Chevy. Too bad, too. We were looking forward to racing against soemthing besides the clock...

Not all is lost, though. The weekend of May 17th/18th at VMP, is "The Little Guys Nationals". We've been invited to attend with the car. Normally only open to cars more than 25 years old, they make an exception because the Pontiac V8 has been out of production for 30...(:-

Not only that...! One of our own (Pontiac racers and CVMS) is being honored during the show. Rick Holladay (NHRA Stock and ProStock, '60s and '70s) is being inducted into The Little Guy Hall of Fame! We're VERY proud to be associated with Rick, and I'm proud to call him my friend!
