Water pump and thermostat
My dealer told me I need a water pump and thermostat for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ. They also told me it was going to cost me $650. Soooo....
Is that price reasonable? Can anyone recommend a good, honest repair shop in the Aurora, CO area? Thanks! MORE: 4.0L inline 6 |

Re: Water pump and thermostat
Wow, $650! That's steep. Sorry I'm not in the Denver area. Try AF Regional to try and find someone local, at this link.
It's a fairly straightforward job and not hard to DIY. You know anyone with tools and some mechanical ability?

Re: Water pump and thermostat
Water pump, thermostat and gasket will set you back a whopping $100 if you DIY.
