Anyone here know if it is possible to convert a 2002 Lancer to AWD??? If it's possible, would it be easy??? Any help will be much appreciated.

If you have the money you can do anything.
There are a couple of cars in Aus that have been converted. But it involved getting hold of either a Japanese Lancer GSR, or EVO floor pan and drive line, useualy from a wrecked car then welding it in place of the FWD floor pan which first has to be cut out. Its not exactly and easy job, or one that can be done in the back yard. It requires a lot of proffesional skill, equipment and time. Iv only heard of two cars that were converted, and both were Lancer coupes, which never came out in 4WD, and both were built as show cars by Panel beaters or performance car shops.

Very expensive, very impractical, VERY difficult to do on your own. I know nobody who asks wants to hear this (people ask all the time on my other forum), but you'd be better off buying a car that already has an AWD drivetrain like a 1 or 2g DSM or an older Impreza.
But then again, with enough money, anything's possible.
