sitting low in the back

is it me or do all 97-02 GPs sit low in the back ? im just wondering if better springs or shims would work to level it out? and is there a chip of any kind that would work on my car? because i dont want to wait for a modded pcm.................. 99 GTP

There is no "chip" that can be used for improved performance. The PCM has to be re-flashed with better performance calibrations on these cars. They do not use a pre-programmed Eprom like older vehicles did.
