Any C230 Kompressor Tips?

Dear All,

I just got a 2003 C230 1.8, and would like to know if you have any tips from experience.
the car seems mechanically fine, i will perform a general check-up soon.

Okay. i will be more specific.

1. what is the proper inflation pressure of the tire? is 30 psi optimum?
2. what engine oil is best for this car. i know mercedes approves moible, and i know the best is synthetic, but what type?
3. the panoramic cover suddenly stops functioning properly. it moves only 5 cm per push. what could be the problem?

set the tires to 32 psi.

use the best oil out there, 5w-40 or 0w-40. the back of the bottle MUST say MB approval 229.5

push and hold the sunroof switch in the "pop-up" position until the roof is all the way opened. Continue to hold the switch for 5 seconds after the roof is opened. this should relearn the motor position.

The roof works.
regarding the tire pressure i found out that the front shall be 28 and the rear 32..
