Question License plate holder

I have a 1968 GTO that I am trying to put back on the road. Does anyone know of a source for the spring loaded license plate holder on the back bumper, aftermarket or otherwise? This will never be good enough for a show car, just want to drive it, so concours quality is not necessary.

Re: License plate holder

Ames Performance lists it as a "gas door", with "correct spring". Part number L201F.

You might also call Jules at Arizona Desert Specialties in Tucson, (520) 574-9611. He has a lot of rust-free old stuff. At one time, GTO was his "thing".

Thank you!! At 8mpg or so, didn't want to have to unscrew the license plate everytime I needed gas LOL.
