The ABS light came on the other day and the pump continues to run after the ignition is turned off (I pulled the fuse to stop it). I believe this means the ABS Control Module is bad. Is this correct? Where is it located? And, where can I get a new unit?

You first need to test it out on a good ABS capable scanner and get to the problem. Post back any codes.

Silly question, where can I get the ABS scanned? My local auto repair wants $90/hr to "investigate" the problem. Scanning for codes seems like a quick plug and read

Yes code scan is just plugin and read. But that is only one step toward reair. Finding the problem and testing it out takes a lot more than plugin and read codes. To learn more about it get a good repair manual or a online all data sub. http://www.alldata.com/products/diy/index.html Good Luck
