Aftermarket air intake (B2500)

I recently bought a 99 model B2500 troy lee edition and love it. Haven't had any issue at all. However, I do feel like it has more power than I can get out of it, so I was wondering how much an aftermarket intake would help it, whether it's a complete cold air or just a simple drop in. I looked around a little bit and found this http://www.ultimatetruck.com/product...ntake_kit.aspx. About the only other thing I found was a K&N kit that was almost twice that price. There are also the drop in filters that are considerably less(and seems like to me they'd be less effective). Sp what's my best bet here?
