My steering wheel is not able to steer

For a while now I notice my car was making a clumping sound when I made turns. One day I notice I was having problems steering when the car was in reverse, sometimes the steering wheel was locking up. One day I was driving home and I was not able to make left turns. By the time I got to my destination the car was not able to turn left or right and the steering wheel was able to do a 360 left and right. I also notice power steering fluid on the ground.

Is this my Axles or something more serious.
