91 cadillac sedan deville
i going to buy a 91 sedan deville but it has a little problem i think it got a new front end and a new steering collum but it will not start with the key the key has the chip and dont know if the new one is matchin up so they put a remote start but it only starts now if u put gas in the carb or what ever what can be the problem and is it worth buying?

From here there is no way to know what is what, does it have fuel pressure to the injectors, do they pulse, does the security lite stay on?
