Help Please

Hi, I recently bought some bumper fillers for my Caprice and I was wondering what tools would I need and would it be simple. Would I have to take off lights and etc. Thanks guys. O yea, I took a vinyl top off my Caprice and I got some chrome triming for the rear window but don't know where to get the molding clip nor where to drill a screw at. All the help will be appreciated. Thanks again

Are you talking about the fillers for between the bumpers and the BODY, or the filler between the front bumper and the header panel?

All of them are held in place with 7mm-head bolts, so you will need that with a small ratchet handle (I like the 1/4" drive ones for their size). IIRC, on the rear bumper, the fillers also have one 11-mm hex nut.
