93' towncar exec. Actin' like fussy woman

Hey there, i have a 93' towncar , when starting cold, runs fine, till reaches operating temp. When at operating temp, runs rough and stalls. Hard to start up again , till cools down. When at operating temp and parking on downhill grade , if put in park and let idle while on downhill grade , she will surge idle ,up and down , sputter and die. When at operating temp and on level grade will start after a little while but car shakes and have to pump gas pedal to keep her from dying . Have to throw her in neutral , pump the gas and throw her into drive to get forward momentum , pump gas and once she is moving she runs smooth and fine, until coming to a stop, then have to do the neutral , pump gas and throw her into drive thing again , to get forward momentum. Scan tool says no code present , however after the engine gets hot and goes into her mood swing the check engine light will come on. Have run diagnostic when light is on but no code. Changed mass airflow sensor to no avail, if somebody out there had this problem before, please any info would be great. Been married 33 years and when my ol' lady acts like this , i get her a big mac large coke and fries and some pie ala mode, to shut her down and all is fine, but now the love of my life is actin' up and it's killin me...please help

You said that you did or din't change the MAF? If not go to the parts store and get a can of MAF cleaner. take is apart and clean the wire. I would also have the fuel pressure checked. Lets starts from there and see what happes.
