Fans are not working.Help please!!!

My two aux fans, are not working, but when conect them directly with the seperate cables from the battery both of them work. What is wrong?

check the fan control unit it controls the a/c and the fans when is hot.
is a aluminum box that is conected on one side of the car close to the tire.
you can find it on ebay,
