Are you talking about just the connector that plugs on to your sensor, or is the whole sensor moving when you do this or what, you might have a loose connection and need to get a new connector for your crank sensor I don't know. You might have to have a special tool to align the crank sensor as well for that particular vehicle. Hopefully old master will get on here and reply I think he knows alot about blazers I've seen him write in quite a few threads about them, he may can understand what you are saying better than I as well.

The crankshaft position sensor must be fully seated before tightening the mounting bolt. A poorly seated CKP sensor may perform erratically and possibly set false DTC's.

After replacing the CKP sensor, the System Variation Learn Procedure must be performed. This requires an enhanced scan tool, not a code reader. If you have the correct scan tool, it will tell you how to do it in the scan tool owners manual. If you don't have the proper scan tool, the procedure can not be done.
