Looking at '09 Pilot

I am going to test drive a new '09 Pilot today. What feedback can you guys provide on this car. I am also looking at the Toyota Highlander.

Questions:
What issues has anyone had with the '09?
How is the access to the third row seat?
What kind of problems is the Pilot known for (example: Dodge Dakota's had issues with the ball joints)?
How is Honda's finance deals compared to others. I don't think they have 0% or anything but what should I expect?
