grand am dies

got a 97 grand am in garage 2.4 starts and runs mabey 5 minutes, mabey 30 then dies. Ive changed the crank sensor and relearn and the fuel filter no luck. codes 200 inj circuit malf, 342 cam sensor low input ( cause someone changed the valve cover with a wrong one so she is driving with no Cam Sensor) but she has been doing this for a while. and code 460 fuel guage problem (doesn;t work)
Ive messed with several 2.4's before several times and am thinking of getting a used pcm and checking grounds tonight. Any one fixed the 200 code before?
