Re: hard starting sometimes!

Is the MIL on? Once it is running are there any other issues? How does it drive?

Does it do it when then engine is cold, warm or both?

Re: hard starting sometimes!

no codes, the car runs and drives great no other problems at all, does not seem to matter if the car is cold or hot.

Re: hard starting sometimes!

This sounds like its along the lines of faulty fuel pressure regulator, although people tend to only see this issue when the car is warm. Can you pull the vacuum tube to the fuel pressure regulator and see if there is gas in the vacuum line. If there is, then that is your problem.

The issue could also be related to something like the crank position sensors, although if those were failing i would expect that you would get some other drive-ability issues.
