'90 sc misfires

i have a '90 sc 3.8 and when u get into it, as in more then 5lbs. of boost it jerks real bad as if the fire is gone and then returns..when u push the accel. to the floor it almost acts as if it falls on its face. i have good fuel pressure through out the r's and new plugs as well as checked the maf and cracks in the intake tube. all seem to be good ..please help im pulling my hair out
