Front Wheel is coming off

My kid has a 94 Maxima and he drove it to my house today and when he got here it was making a terrible noise in the front right side. When I jacked the car up the front wheel damn near fell off on the ground. I changed the rotors and brakes on both sides of the front and I was hoping that would take care of it, but has soon as I started to test drive it I could tell that it was still about to fall off.

What could this be? I sure has hell want to fix it so my kid doesn't think he can use my truck.

Thanks in advance

BD
