2003 Alero Clutch not engaging
I was driving to town this morning when I went to push the clutch and there was nothing there. My foot went to the floor. The clutch had been working fine up until this point. I took off the sound cover under the dash and discovered that the push rod had fallen out of the clutch pedal. I also found a small white piece that may have held it in place.
Any ideas on what holds the rod in place? It is a 2003 Alero with a 2.2L with 110,000 km Thanks in advance for your help Last edited by Ron21; 04-13-2009 at 04:16 PM.

There is a little white plastic piece that holds the pedal connected to the rod that goes through the firewall, it probably got brittle and snapped.
