help!!! Will Not Start!

I have a 2001 Blazer LT 4x4. I just put in a new starter less than 6 months ago. Battery is about a year old...shows plenty of volts on the dash meter. When I turn the key all the light come on but the engine does nothing. no sound at all...no trying to start, cranking , grinding nothing...its just silent.

First thing check battery cabels and battery voltage.
Check all fuses yours has a start fuse.

Does head lights and blower motor and horn work good and all dash lights good and bright.
If you have a jumper car handy see if it will crank with a jump.
Move gear shift from park to neutral and try it.
What is your battery voltage?

i had just replaced the starter about 4 months before...aparently it went out again...I had it towed and fixed and my wallet now hates me. I did take the old one back and get a refund for it though.
