Night headlights - make them brighter???
.
My new 2009 Montana EWB van has factory (stock) headlights. Compared to my previous vehicle, the factory headlights on our new van is very poor. They could be due to factory "stock" design or they could simply need adjusting. Not too sure. Within your mini-van, have you upgraded to brighter headlight technology? For example, Blue Xenon, Super Brights HID, etc.? Which "light" technology do you recommend to folks who perform mostly dark country road driving? thanks. . |

i switch over to first 5 years back to SilverStar and then 2 years ago to SilverStar ULTRA lights. there the best i can do with the stock lamp house. here is some links for you to look at. (cost is $50 for two bulbs and well worth the cost.) http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...on/default.htm http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...r/ProductLine/

Re: Night headlights - make them brighter???
I thought the H11's used for both high and low beams in the Uplander were not available in Silverstar or Silverstar Ultra or in Nighthawks (which I prefer). I think the H11's are available for OSRAM in Europe but they are not the blue coated silliness that are what Silverstars is about (which is good).
