Temperature-fan control knobs

I have a 2004 Alero 3.4 V6. This winter when it was below zero I started my car to let it warm up and I was dumb and tried to move the temperature control knob and the knob to change the vent type. Both knobs were frozen and they broke. I need to replace them now that it is getting warmer so I can change the vent to the dash instead of the floor and defrost, and also to use cooler temp instead of warm. Does anyone know what part I need to order and where I can get it without paying an arm and a leg for it? If I don't get an answer I'll have to bring it to a GM dealer. (not my first choice.)

gmpartsdirect has it listed at about $125, or you can check the local salvage yard.
