Valve adjustment

I have a 1994 nissan altima that I just tuned up. I would like to make the valve adjustment required after 100,000 miles but do no know the valve sequence for adjustment. Hopefully, someone out there can send me this information. 2.4 overhead dual cam.

keithand. At top dead center compression stroke adjust int and exh values on cylinder one, int on cyclinder two and exh on cyclinder three. Turn crank one revolution (360 degress) and adjust exh cyclinder two, int cyclinder three and int and exh cyclinder four. Hope this helps.
