2001 Intrepid 2.7 has no compression or spark

I got this car with motor partially disassembled. Set all three timing chains. Still has no compression in any cyllinder. Also no spark. Although I haven't had time to investigate that yet, I would appreciate any advice.
Thanks,
Mike

Whats the reason for changing timing chain???

How many miles on vehicle?

Did you set the number one clyinder at top dead center compression stroke?? (No 1 clyinder passenger side front.)

Either the timing is off orall valves are bent, this is a INTERFERENCE engine.

Re: 2001 Intrepid 2.7 has no compression or spark

I reset the timing chain because when I got it the main timing chain tensioner had been reset, so there was no tension on the main chain. I did set #1 at TDC. Also when main timing chain was disconnected, the right side cams were much more difficult to rotate than the left side cams. I don't know if valves may be bent. Maybe it's time to pull the heads and take a look. 90,000 miles on motor.
