TBI or multiport fuel injector? what engine code? If just one cylinder and MFI. Check the injector for that cylinder. Key on does fuel pressure bleed off fast. What are fuel pressure readings? Hit us with some more info.

Re: 1995 S-10 4.3 won't start
It a Multi port fuel injector dump fuel in all cylinder, unplug injector still dumping fuel, also did change the fuel regulator valve thought that could have been the problem. It a four cylinder not a 4.3 sorry about that.

Re: 1995 S-10 4.3 won't start
I would inspect the fuel line the return may have been damaged and pinched closed. You could blow air through to make sure it isn't plugged.
I would check for pulse to the injectors make sure it doesn't stay on all the time. Use a noid light or 12 volt test light. Ohm the temperature sensor it should be around 4400ohms@60F and 2200ohms@85F. If way out of line post readings. As the V-6 for this year has two injectors if you have only one it maybe leaking. |

Do you have spark? Is it one cylinder loading up with fuel or multiple cylinders? I wouldn't think one cylinder getting flooded would keep it from starting.
