Is this g37 a ricer?

Me and my friend are arguing and he seems to not have a very good understanding of the word ricer. I said it was a sick idea to have a g37 with a turbo kit because you can get a 700hp car that looks very nice and can be a daily driver. He called it a ricer.

Would this car with 700 hp be a ricer and why?

And what do you think about the idea in general?
