low idling an choking out.
ok i got my lancer es in january and today it started acting up. during the day i noticed it was loosing power and then tonite it started stalling; it stalled 3 times once when i was backing up, once when i turned on the a/c and 3rd when i came to a stop. anyways when i got home i opened the hood an started looking around. i unplugged the sensor on the intake manifold an the car starting work somewhat better no choking out but the service engine light is still on an some of the other parts arent working properly such as the a/c isnt blowing right, its not shifting smoothly, and its shaking more then usual. has neone had ne problem such as this an should it be covered under warranty. also does neone know why it started doing this i looked in the filter box an noticed that that square grating area right before the sensor is alittle bent could this be the problem. ne help is appreciated. btw im am somewhat of a car newb so bare with me

Well since its a new car I would let the dealer worry about whats wrong with, but.
It could be anything really, but is most likely a fault sensor. If not that then it could be something simply like a Vacum leak, or even a faulty ECU.
