1994 4runner sputtering problem..help!

Hello,
My 94' 4Runner V6 manual w/130,000 miles on it has a sputtering problem. It will be fine all the way until 2nd or 3rd gear. Then hesitates a lot and takes forever to get up to speed, all the while still coughing.

I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel lines, plugs and wires, tried super unleaded & replaced air filter. Any idea what may be wrong? Thanks in advance for your help or advice.

Let's hope your headgaskets are fine, do a leak down test if you cannot check your radiator coolant level or place a paper towel or napkin on the tailpipe and see if there's a sweet smell.
