Supra MK3 Good Drifting Cars?

Hi, I'm not sixteen yet but I will be soon and I'm looking to get a car under $4000 that would be good for drifting. I was looking at supras and wondering if the old MKIII are any good for drifting? Also, they only made those up to 92. If I got one from 90-92 would there be lots of stuff to repair on it? I don't want to have to spend lots of money repairing it.
In general I'm looking for a good car to drift that would be relatively cheap both to buy and repair. I've heard of 240sx but I don't really want one because I'm looking for a less popular car (don't wanna follow the crowd too much).

Any suggestions are appreciated.
