ticking/knocking

i have a 99 cirrus lxi, disc brakes all the way around. the rear brakes kept burning out, so i replaced the calipers. still burning out really fast, changed master cylinder. now i am getting a ticking noise for the front passenger side tire area. it starts off as a ticking and then eventually goes to knocking on the freeway. it started this a few days after i changed the front pads. while im giving it gas, it dosent make this noise, but when im coasting is when it happens. dosent matter if turning left or right. can someone please help?
