Re: 72 Chevy trouble

My cars are mostly older - from 1987 back. So: I order a lot of parts from www.rockauto.com. So far they have always sent the correct part, fairly quickly. Its nice to be working on a car in the driveway, and have the UPS guy walk up and hand me the part I need.

Re: 72 Chevy trouble

I just checked go to www.napaonline.com. They have parts for your vehicle, I put in 72 chevy truck. C10 and when looking for parts chose the 350 engine. They should have just about anything you need and if not I'm sure they could probably order for you.

Re: 72 Chevy trouble

you can also try Brothers (brotherstrucks.com) or LMC(lmctruck.com) I have used both be sure to ask them for NOS parts (new old stock)

Re: 72 Chevy trouble

Most any small part ( i.e.- alternators , starters , etc. ) can be found at any auto parts store such as Autozone or Advance . Larger items such as body panels , or interior pieces can be found at numerous vendors such as LMC Trucks . Pick up any magazine devoted to old classic trucks ( such as Classic Trucks or Custom Classic Trucks ) and you will find many vendor ads as well as web addresses that you can order from . You shouldn't have any trouble finding the majority of parts you may need . Good luck and keep us informed of your progress .
