Need correct rear wheel bearing torque spec

I'm doing a rear brake job on a '92 XFi.
Haynes says 129 ft-lb.
Someone on teamswift.com said that another manual said 120 ft-lb.
Yet another person says they heard these torques were destroying bearings, and got a recommended torque of 60 ft-lb. from somewhere (TSB?).

Anybody got an authoritative source?

PS: What does the factory recommend for bearing lube (NLGI spec)?
Weight = #1-1/2? #2?
Spec = GC-LB? or... something else?
I've packed the bearings with LubriMatic Multi-Purpose lithium grease and installed them. It says: "best for lubricating rolling parts", whatever that means. It is NLGI #1-1/2.
Now I see that they also make a "Disc/Drum Wheel Bearing Grease" that is NLGI GC-LB (Multi-Purpose is not).

Please help before I wreck something or have to take everything apart again.

I torqued the ones on my 1998 model to 90 Ft lbs. Not sure about yours since my crappy manual is crappy.

****EDIT**** Just check Mitchel online, it's 74 ft lbs.
