Rough idle on 96 Cutlass Supreme

Ok, I'm starting with that first because that's how I feel. I have a 96 Cutlass Supreme. The car runs great when driving but when you are stopped at a red light, in park or neutral, it idles very rough. It sounds like it wants to die out. If I sit there long enough, it will even die out. I hooked it up to a couple different computers and there were 4 codes that came up. 1) MAF or MAP sensor 2&3) O2 censors 4)purge valve solenoid. I talked to several people who thought it might be the mass air flow censor, so at first I cleaned it. That didn't change a thing so I replaced it. That didn't work either. I've looked far and wide on the internet and talking to people and the next thing I'm seeing I should try would be to clean the Idle Control Valve. Do you agree or does anyone have any other suggestions? I don't really have the extra cash to keep dropping money and parts into this car for no reason. It's been a really good car, this is first real problem since I got it 2 years ago. So any suggestions would be appreciated.
