frame damage
hi,
i need legal advise...i bought an 02 626 2yrs ago in MD from a dealership..i was in such a rush i didnt get a Carfax report..now that am trying to trade-in the car, most dealerships in NY wont take it due to the "frame damage" coming up on the report. the damage was never disclosed to me neither verbally nor in writing..i called the dealer and they are willing to take it as a trade-in..do i have a case after 2 yrs..i've had to replace the front left axle twice in the last 2yrs..do u think its due to the damage...please help i need to get rid of this car...
