97 Blazer radio problem
I inherited this vehicle, and the radio doesn't work. Fuse is ok, and testing the wire to the radio...I got power. Turn the key on and the other wire lights up my tester. So all appears well. The radio lights up, changes channels, but no music. Can't believe all four speakers are blown? So, I buy another radio from the junk yard, plug it in and.......nothing. Same as the other radio. Is there another in-line fuse somewhere. What am I missing. I am about my limits when it comes to wiring.

Re: 97 Blazer radio problem
Well it was a speaker problem. I find it had to believe all four speakers blew. It was a grandmom vehicle, and I am sure she wasn't jamming out to some hard rock tunes. As I read on this site, it seems to be a common problem with the blazers.
Thanks for the help!! |
