Question 86 monte carlo

hey i have a 1986 monte with a stock 305 should i take it out or keep it ?

well i was gonna make it a street car but changed my mine atm i wanna gett it running good might put a bigger cam and having talking or would it be a waste ?

IMO you would be better off going to a 350. The costs of hi-per parts i.e. pistons, is actually cheaper for the 350 than the 305. More cubic inches equals more horsepower for no money.
