Unhappy strange windshield wiper ghost '94 s10 Blazer

When I start the truck after it has been sitting for at least a half hour or more , the windshield wipers cycle one time. Anyone have an answer/ solution to this?

Probably the wiper module.

If memory serves me correct the part number is 12463017

We have seen lots of problems with these including ghost wipe.
