noisey 1998 =

98 lumina,base,108 k miles. when turning a sharp corner i,m getting a noise that sounds like two pieces of paper rubbing together. it ain,t the c/v,s. it ain,t the tire rubbing, etc. it sounds like it,s coming from in the dash. it is louder when the vent fan is running . when the vent fan is off it,s almost inaudiable. Any idea,s will be greatly appreciated. Jim.
