2001 Montana with 97k 3.4 hard to start when warm
Our Montana is getting hard to start when warm and has sit for like 15 min or something. It takes 2 or 3 times to get it running. It has been doing this for awhile but I had put off messing with it because I new the Intake Gasket was starting to seep a bit. We just got the intake gasket fixed but the hard starting problem is still happening. Where do I start? I did have the engine tuned up when they put the gasket in. New plugs and wires. I'm handy and fix most things if I know what to fix or replace.
Ideas?? Rob |

Re: 2001 Montana with 97k 3.4 hard to start when warm
Any idea what the fuel pressure and bleedoff rate is? That could help narrow it down. Could be fuel pressure bleeding off, could be loss of spark, could be flooding due to a leaky injector, etc...
