98 ford scort ac blower don't work

when I turn the AC on i can smell it but blower don't work.
Is there any relay or fuse for the blower?

Usually yes there is. I dont know which number fuse it (my car not got ac but then again in UK not much need for it lol, I wonder if they do a rain conditioner??). It will be but it will be at least a 20Amp fuse. Just remove one at a time and see if any are gone.
