Check at Model Car World: http://mcwautomotivefinishes.com/paint/gm.html.
They have a wide varity of GM colour tones and should be able to produce this color for you if it is not in their program.

Re: '66 Chevy Nova "Mist Blue" colour code?

You have to look for the real car paints, like here...
http://www.paintscratch.com/
or here.
http://www.automotivetouchup.com/

Then choose 1966 Chevy to list all Chevy colors of that year. Then search photos on google with the paint name or code to verify the info.
It appears to me that it's paint code "D" Mist Blue.

1966 Chevrolet Mist blue metallic was paint code D. I have it in a gloss acrylic enamel. Check in the scalefinishes.com 1960's chevy section.
