Any tips

Hey guys I was wondering if we can kinda share some remedies we have for wetsanding post-paint errors (runs etc..)

I'll start I guess,
for runs I like to use a small wooden stick with some 1000 grit, and then scuff pad with 1500.

For dirt, I've used beaten up 1500 and worked beautifully.

Re: Any tips

some guy taught me to use 400 for primer to start with. Always keep the paper wet. In case you sand into the base coat or primer just blend it in.

If you like dry sanding here are some 3M has some dry sanding videos.

Another tip for runs is to scrape them with a razor blade. Be careful and make sure that you use a new sharp blade.
