HID Harness help!

I have an 55w HID kit off of ebay. However, I need to drive with my high beams on just to supply enough power. I got a new HID harness that takes power directly from the battery and connects to just one of headlight sockets. This is the link of the item.

I installed everything just fine and connected to the battery but my HIDs now won't even turn on. I took out the DRL fuse and still nothing. Help me out guys.

Re: HID Harness help!

Grounds all hooked up? Ballasts plugged in with the correct polarity?

Sounds like an email to the seller is in order.
